Inside the attack on the First Amendment – Salon.com.

In an online article published yesterday by Salon.com, columnist Peter Van Buren did an excellent job of laying out the disturbing erosion of First Amendment rights being experienced by Federal employees.  Specifically, he tells the story of Colonel Morris Davis, a retired Air Force officer who was working at the Library of Congress.  Davis was fired for writing an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal.

Take a few minutes to read this excellent article.  It’s just one more example of the outrageous conduct of our government and the disregard for the United States Constitution.
