SCOTT’S TRANSITION TEAM EMAILS NOW AVAILABLE
IN FAF DROPBOX

This afternoon, Florida’s First Amendment Foundation received the first batch of email correspondence from Governor Rick Scott’s transition team pursuant to a public record request made by FAF on August 26, 2011. The emails were released after the conclusion of an investigation by FDLE which found that the Governor and his transition team had not violated the law.
